How do I know what size to order?
For dance shoes order your normal US street size. For dance apparel please see the size chart under the dancewear item.
What if the shoes or dance wear do not fit?
We will gladly exchange any shoes for a different size, but shoes and box must be in original brand new condition, and not worn. We cannot accept shoes that have been soiled or worn. For clothing, if your dance wear doesn’t fit you can exchange it with our exchange form. Due to the nature of our business we no longer give any refunds on clothing. If you are exchanging for an item with a higher cost you must pay the difference.
Can I return or exchange CLEARANCE dancewear?
We have had dresses worn for a special occasion and then returned for a refund. Due to the nature of this line of dancewear and the major price reduction CLEARANCE and ALL Dance Wear cannot be refunded, but we will give you 1 free exchange for a better fit or different dress. One free exchange only per item. No refunds on dancewear. If you are not sure of a size choice for proper fit please call Fern at 858 722 8088 or email email@example.com.
How do I know what size heel or size shoe I’m ordering for the dance shoes?
Each individual shoe has size option and heel size option. The heel sizes available for your particular shoe will be listed on the heel options under that shoe model. For your dance shoe order your normal US shoe size.
How do I return shoes or dancewear?
Dance Shoes must be in original new condition in box and must be sent to us within 7 days of receipt. To exchange Very Fine Dance Shoes you must complete our Returns/Exchanges form on our Return/Exchanges page (scroll down to see Returns/Exchanges page) for you to download, and send it and your pair of shoes to the address on the form.
Dancewear: (THIS IS NOT FOR DANCE SHOES; SEE ABOVE FOR DANCE SHOES) We want you to be happy with everything that you purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your dancewear item you can exchange it for another item. When you return your item YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FORM BELOW. Items must be sent back within 10 days of receipt in brand new condition with tags still attached. Any item ordered may be exchanged for a different model or size. Please note that clothing items cannot be exchanged for shoes and vice versa. Due to the nature of our dancewear business we can no longer give refunds on these items. Exchanges only. Please insure all products since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. Please complete our Returns/Exchanges form on our Return/Exchanges page (scroll down to see Returns/Exchanges page) for you to download, and send it with your dancewear to the address on the form.
Do I pay the shipping for sending a product back?
Yes, you pay the shipping to send it back to us.
Do I need insurance on items shipping back to Save On Dancewear?
We suggest that you do insure all products that you ship back since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail.
What if I’d like a size for a shoe that isn’t listed on your site?
You can special order narrow extra wide sizes and larger sizes for an additional $30. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with size requirements and you’ll get a response within 24 hours.
Can I wear shoes out one time to see how they fit?
No, all shoes must be in brand new condition, unworn, for returns and exchanges. Please try them on while on carpet to avoid any stains.
Can I get shoes or dancewear fedx’d overnight?
Yes, please call Fern at 858-722-8088 to confirm the item and size is in stock, and can ship the same day overnight if you’d like, for the current postal shipping fee.
Do you have a retail store?
You can come by to try on dance wear (excluding shoes) in San Diego; please call Fern first at 858 722 8088 to coordinate a day and time.
Do you sell your items wholesale?
