How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges for Shoes (Dance shoes only)

Dance shoes can be exchanged for a different size or style if you are not happy with your product within 10 days of receipt, and must be in brand new condition, including shoe box. We cannot accept shoes that have been soiled or worn. One free exchange for every pair of shoes; Refunds (and more than 1 exchange for same pair of shoes) are charged $10 return/restocking fee. Please insure all products that you send; we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. When you return your item YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FORM BELOW within 10 days of receipt in brand new condition with tags still attached.
