Returns and Exchanges for Shoes (Dance shoes only)

Dance shoes can  be exchanged for a different size or style if you are not happy with your product within 10 days of receipt, and must be in brand new condition, including shoe boxes.  We cannot accept shoes that have been soiled or worn.    One free exchange for every pair of shoes;   Refunds (and more than 1 exchange for same pair of shoes) are charged $10 return/restocking fee.  Please insure all products that you send;  we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. Send dance shoes ship to warehouse address on form:   FTDance Enterprises, Attn:  Return/Exchange Processing, 4920 Santa Anita Avenue, El Monte, CA  91731  If shoes are sent to an incorrect address there will be a $10 restocking fee.  If you have any questions please call Fern at 858/722-8088 or email fern@saveondancewear.com

Returns and Exchanges For Dancewear (Clothing only)
