Returns and Exchanges for Shoes (Dance shoes only. NOT dance dresses. See below for dance dresses) Dance shoes can be exchanged for a different size or style if you are not happy with your product within 10 days of receipt, and must be in brand new condition, including shoe boxes for full credit. We cannot accept shoes that have been soiled or worn. One free exchange for every pair of shoes you purchase. If you request a refund we will credit your charge card minus a $10 return/restocking fee. If you request an exchange you will not be subject to the return/restocking fee. If you have to exchange more than once, or ask for a refund after more than 1 pair of shoes have been sent you will be charged restocking fees for each pair of shoes. Special order shoes are an additional fee and cannot be returned or exchanged since they are made just for you. We will make every possible effort to have you completely satisfied with every pair of shoes. Please insure all products that you ship back since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. Items must be sent back within 10 days of purchase in brand new condition with tags still attached. Any item ordered may be exchanged for a different model or size.
