Returns and Exchanges for Shoes (Dance shoes only.  NOT dance dresses.  See below for dance dresses)

Dance shoes can  be exchanged for a different size or style if you are not happy with your product within 10 days of receipt, and must be in brand new condition, including shoe boxes for full credit.  We cannot accept shoes that have been soiled or worn.    One free exchange for every pair of shoes you purchase.  If you request a refund we will credit your charge card minus a $10 return/restocking fee.  If you request an exchange you will not be subject to the return/restocking fee. If you have to exchange more than once, or ask for a refund after more than 1 pair of shoes have been sent you will be charged restocking fees for each pair of shoes.  Special order shoes are an additional fee and cannot be returned or exchanged since they are made just for you. We will make every possible effort to have you completely satisfied with every pair of shoes.     Please insure all products that you ship back since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail.

We want you to be happy with everything that you purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your dancewear item you can exchange it for another item.  Due to the urgency of getting exchanges quickly for showcases we have changed our policy so you get your exchange right away;  simply order your new exchange item now on the site and it will be sent to you within 24 hours.  When you return your item INCLUDE THE FORM BELOW.   A refund will be issued immediately if you have already purchased your exchange.   Items must be sent back within 10 days of purchase in brand new condition with tags still attached. Any item ordered may be exchanged for a different model or size.  Please note that clothing items cannot be exchanged for shoes and vice versa.   Due to the nature of our dancewear business we can no longer give refunds on these items.  Exchanges only.  Please insure all products since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail.

Returns and Exchanges for Jewelry, Tights & Panties

Due to the nature of the tights, panties and jewelry  you cannot return or exchange these items.   Thanks in advance for your understanding. 

Backorders

We occasionally experience backorders on some of our dance shoes.  If your shoe size is out of stock we can credit your charge until the shoe is delivered, or you can select any other shoe at any price for no additional cost.
